I personally think that the best basketball shoes are Nike's, The Shox or the Nike Air Max, these sneakers help support your heals and feet from the pounding they will take when you play, the show especially can add around an inch to your height because they are elevated in the heel. that support is very important because if you play alot of basketball theres a good chance you will eventually get pain in those areas ... if u do not like nike's then whatever brand you prefer just make sure they have some form of extra support especially in the heal area, all brands now have one type of shoe that resemble the Shox.
Reply:if you get bigger shoes they just weigh you down more.. i play in mids.. they work best for me.. you just need to find what works best for you.. but jordans are usually my style..

Reply:VC5 or VC6 and THE ANSWER 10!! all i can say is they are the best basketball shoes ever made!! they even add height and make us look nicer and taller even sometimes cooler!!!
Reply:Usally nike hi-tops. Addidas are probably the lowest. You need Jordans or Air force 1's. Use insoles and extra socks. Don't forget to strech before playing. Don't worry so much. If you brought your A game, then you can school anybody.
