does any one know what the best basketball shoes are these days? Like not just what it looks like but performance and also how comfortable it is?

aight lemme get at ya...if you are looking for shoes with great grip, i recommend the lebron iii, iv, or v. if you want some light shoes, get some Jordan IV, VII, or X. Now if you just like shoes that look cool you could get some jordan spizikes or some new kobes.

Reply:The best basketball shoes are those that fit you well. Also, high tops are better. Converse would be the worst. Nike is a popular brand but make sure the shoes fit you well and just don't look fancy.

Reply:try some starburys! damn dont mind the shoes!!! its about the game!!! they used to play it with allstars! you can even wear sandals...love the game, not the shoe, you dont need your feet when your older so thats also no problem!
