I want this particular pair of basketball shoes from East Bay and they are a kids%26#039; size 7. Is that the same thing as a mens size 7?!?! please respond ASAP because i need to order them and i dont want to order the wrong size!!!

Those 7%26#039;s are not the same. If you wear a girl%26#039;s 8.5, get a men%26#039;s size 7. If you wear a girl%26#039;s 7, get boy%26#039;s 5.5. It is a size and a half difference.
Reply:no, they aren%26#039;t. Men%26#039;s will be much wider and overall, bigger.
