Good shoes for basketball team?

I%26#039;m on the basketball team in my school. We played a couple games and I wore my Gr 6 Basketball shoes(I%26#039;m in gr 7).What are the best shoes to wear on the court. I%26#039;ll pay up to $200- $250 US.

flexible shoes aren%26#039;t good because it sacrifices ankel support. light wheight would be preferable and dont buy lows because those sacrifice ankel support too. if you wanna brag to your friends, get decorative shoes, but if not dont. you need a good ventilation system with also a good lacing system. test the shoes that have in mind and compare them, because it is important for your feet to be comfortable.
Reply:you should go for shoes that are comfortable, and to your liking.. well when i first started basketball i bought a pair of and1%26#039;s and they were quite cheap and nice..
Reply:I suggest that you don%26#039;t waste that much money if you%26#039;re only playing for a school team. Don%26#039;t go buy Jordans, instead just stick to a pair of Reeboks or Nike Airs around $50-$70.

Reply:ok be smart and buy urself a couple of Starbury%26#039;s. get the $14.98 ones that Stephon Marbury wears on the court. that means that they are good for ur games (because he wears them himself) and they are very cheap so you can get multiple pairs. You can get them at Steve %26amp; Barry%26#039;s.
